Grapefruit Sour

Punchy, smooth and lip-smackingly sour.

INGREDIENTS

1½ measures Priory Vodka
½ measure dry/fino sherry
Four measures fresh pink grapefruit juice
1 tablespoon egg white
2-4 dashes Angostura bitters
Orange peel to garnish

METHOD

  1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
  2. Add all the ingredients.
  3. Shake vigorously and strain into a tumbler.
  4. Garnish with 4-8 drops of Orange Bitters and a rolled slice of orange peel.
