INGREDIENTS

2 measures Priory Vodka
½ measure passion fruit liqueur
½ measure vanilla syrup
½ measure fresh lime juice
½ measure egg white
1½ passion fruits
1 shot champagne or prosecco

METHOD

1. Muddle the pulp of one of the passion fruits in a cocktail shaker.
2. Add Priory Vodka, passion fruit liqueur, vanilla syrup, lime juice and egg white.
3. Shake vigorously and strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
4. Garnish with half a passion fruit.
5. Serve with shot of champagne or prosecco.
