INGREDIENTS

1 measure Priory Vodka
1 measure fruit purée (we've used peach here)
Champagne or prosecco

METHOD

1. Add the fruit purée to a champagne flute.
2. Use the stem of a cocktail spoon to gently pour the vodka down onto the purée, so it sits on top.
3. Repeat with the champagne or prosecco and serve.
